Pure Himalayan honey is sweet nectar collected by honey bees from various kinds of flowers in the valley and Himalayan ranges
Pure Himalayan Honey is extracted from man-made bee-hive colonies in wild areas of the Himalayas rich in wildflowers, seeds, and fruits. There are several kinds of honey flavors which generally are developed by honey bees naturally while collecting nectar from the different variety of flowers e.g bees collect nectar from sunflower, almond flowers, walnut flowers, saffron flowers, marigold, acacia etc.
It is also believed that during nectar formation there is a lot of water in honey which required evaporation before honey is finally made available for consumption. Hence the bees in colonies actually still fly in groups near the hive so that the wind generated by their wings help in evaporating extra moisture from Honey.
