1/4 cup quinoa
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp flaxseed powder
1 cup mixed fruits
Salt according to taste
Red chili flakes for sprinkle
Wash and soak the quinoa for 10 minutes to save Indane. Then boil with adding water for 15 minutes with low flame. After cooking keep for room temperature.
Make a dressing with adding lemon juice, olive oil, salt, roasted cumin powder.
Take a mixing bowl to add boiled quinoa, mixed fruits, and dressing. Add flaxseed again mix all together sprinkle with red chili flakes and serve.
Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein, amino acid, fiber, magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and beneficial antioxidants. One cup of quinoa has about the same calories in the same amount of rice. But the main benefit is white rice has 15 times more carbohydrate and quinoa has more
5 grams of fiber and double protein. So it is good for weight loss.
