4 oranges, juiced
1 cup of water
2 teaspoons raw jaggery
7-8 saffron strands
Mix the jaggery and water in a wide mouthed pan and let it come to a boil and the jaggery dissolve.
Turn off the heat and add in the saffron strands to it. Let cool for a few minutes.
Now add the fresh orange juice and mix well.
Chill and serve.
