Method
Firstly soak the barley and black chana separately for 2 hours.
Then boil both, separately.
Peel and chop raw mango.
Soak with saffron in 2 tablespoons of water
Grind raw mango, black chana, barley, black salt, saffron with 1 cup water.
Then through Siever sieve it
Add cumin powder, black pepper and mix in well
Refrigerate for 10 minutes and enjoy this healthy cooler.
