6 - 8 dry dates
1/4 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup water, chilled
Soak dry dates in 1/2 cup of water for 30 minutes.
Once softened, remove the dates from water, and preserve the water.
Discard the seeds and add the dates to a blender.
Churn and make a puree.
Strain the puree into a bowl.
Add in honey and one cardamom powder and mix well.
Add chilled water and stir.
Transfer this juice to a serving glass.
Sprinkle some cardamom powder on top and serve.
