2 cups soya milk
4 to 5 deseeded dates
3/4 cup walnuts
1 banana
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Deseed the dates and add them to a mixing jar along with the walnuts, all the other ingredients and 6 - 7 ice cubes
Blend well to get a smooth consistency.
Pour into serving glasses and top with some walnuts.
Enjoy chilled.
The main ingredient in this smoothie is walnuts and bananas. Walnuts are good for bones.
