1 mango, ripe
20 walnuts
2 tablespoons date paste
1 teaspoon instant oats
A pinch of saffron strands
1 large coconut
Walnuts to garnish.
Grate the coconut and blend it with water then strain and keep the milk aside.
Soak the saffron strands in little coconut milk and keep aside.
Now peel and roughly chop the mango.
Dry roast the oats and grind to a fine powder.
Blend the mango with the oats flour, date paste and walnuts add this paste to the coconut milk.
Mix all the ingredients to combine.
Keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
Garnish with walnuts and serve chilled.
